This spring, one of the styles that I've been drawn to is the ever classic trench coat.  Trench coats are one of those classic closet pieces that never go out of style.  Combine that with one of my favorite patterns, gingham, and you've got a fabulous pairing.  This JCrew gingham trench coat is one of my personal spring favorites.  Here are a few tips for rocking that gingham look this spring.

Gingham is one of those patterns that will never go out of style.  From jackets, to pants, to pink gingham dresses, really and truly this is a print that everyone can get on board with all year round.  This spring, gingham is back with force and in a very, very good way.  JCrew has a line of gingham that they've brought out (not to mention they asked creative director Jenna Lyons to participate in a gingham challenge...) which includes this JCrew gingham trench coat.

Take my love for gingham and combine that with my new found Toronto trench coat love and you've got a match made in style heaven.
